Production​/Machine Operative

Position: Production / Machine Operative
Shift patterns:

· Monday to Friday – 40 hrs per week

· Days 08:00 – 16:00 hrs

Pay rates:

· £13.00 per hour

Essential requirements for Production Operative:

· Good attention to detail.

· Ability to follow instructions and procedures.

· Basic English level required.

Desirable requirements for Production Operative:

· Previous CNC experience

· Ability to work alone and in a team

· Team player with flexible approach.

· Good communication skills.

Your role for Production Operative:

· Operating machinery and equipment safely within the production line.

· Monitoring product quality to ensure standards are consistently met.

· Maintaining a clean and organized workspace following safety protocols.

· Lifting and loading materials

· Assisting with the packaging and labeling of finished food products.

· Reporting any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisors.
