Machine Operator

Machine Operator – Immediate Start – Gloucester – Monday to Friday – £12.71 per Hour

We are currently recruiting for a Machine Operator to join a busy and established manufacturing business in the Gloucester area. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dependable individual with manufacturing or production experience to secure a full-time position with an immediate start.

• Operating production machinery to manufacture high-quality products
• Loading materials and preparing machines for production runs
• Monitoring machine operations and ensuring efficient output
• Carrying out quality inspections and checks on finished products
• Following production schedules, work instructions, and specifications
• Identifying and reporting machine faults or maintenance requirements
• Maintaining a safe, clean, and organised working environment
• Supporting the wider production team as required

• Previous machine operating or manufacturing experience preferred
• Experience with in a manufacturing or woodworking environment would be advantageous
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good understanding of health and safety procedures
• Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills

• £12.71 per hour
• Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
• Immediate start available
• Full-time hours
