No problem. We're looking for enthusiastic, reliable people with a great attitude—we'll provide all the training you need.

We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established manufacturing company in Stroud that produces high-quality components used in industries including aerospace, automotive and defence. Join a friendly team where you'll learn valuable skills, work with precision products and build a long-term career.

As a Light Assembly Operative, you'll assemble a variety of small components using hand tools and simple work instructions. This is clean, bench-based work that requires good attention to detail and pride in producing quality products.

• Assembling small components and products
• Using hand tools and assembly equipment
• Following straightforward work instructions
• Carrying out light wiring and assembly tasks
• Inspecting finished products to ensure excellent quality
• Keeping your workstation clean and organised
• Working as part of a supportive production team

Full training is provided, so you don't need previous assembly experience.
