About the Role

Join a leading global beverage manufacturing facility as a Production Operative. You will be an essential part of the team ensuring high-quality products are packaged, checked, and ready for millions of consumers.

Role Overview

Job Title:

Production Operative
Job Type: Temporary - Ongoing

Location:

Forest of Dean
Starting Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour
Post-Parity Pay Rate: £13.62 per hour (Day & Night) after 12 weeks!
Shift Patterns:o 8-Hour Rotation:
Morning (06:00 - 14:00), Afternoon (14:00 - 22:00), Night (22:00 - 06:00)

o 12-Hour Rotation:
Day (06:00 - 18:00), Night (18:00 - 06:00)

o (Must be fully flexible to work all shifts and patterns)

Key Responsibilities

Ensure the effective production and packaging of high-quality goods.
Prepare, operate, and clean packaging equipment efficiently.
Perform on-line quality control checks on finished products, components, and syrups.
Strictly follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and adhere to safety/PPE guidelines.
Assist across cross-functional teams depending on daily production needs.
Handle manual lifting duties safely as required.

Qualifications & Requirements

Experience:

Previous production operative experience or background in food/drink manufacturing is beneficial, but not essential-a great attitude is key!
Key Behaviours:
Reliable, physically fit for hands-on tasks, flexible across shift patterns, and driven to succeed.

Education:

GCSE (or equivalent) in English and Mathematics.

Skills:

Basic computer literacy and excellent communication skills (writing, speaking, and reading).
