Masker, Manufacturing ​/ Production

Are you looking for a hands-on role in a fast-paced manufacturing environment? We have an excellent opportunity for a Masker / Operator Inspector to join a well-established manufacturing team in Gloucester.

Key Responsibilities
· Prepare manufactured components for the painting process
· Apply masking tape to components with precision and accuracy
· Carry out loading, unloading, and manual handling duties
· Inspect components using alignment gauges
· Perform hand-filing and surface preparation as required
· Clean components in readiness for final inspection
· Maintain high standards of quality and attention to detail throughout the production process

What We're Looking For
· Previous experience in preparation and polishing within a manufacturing environment
· Good knowledge of masking, sanding, priming, and polishing techniques an advantage
· Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
· A reliable, proactive, and flexible team player
· Ability to work efficiently while maintaining quality standards

What's on Offer ·£13.47 per hour
· Day shift only - 7:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Thursday
· Three-day weekend every week
