This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded, hands-on leader to take ownership of day-to-day production operations, drive continuous improvement, and play a key role in the next stage of the company's growth journey.
Working as part of the senior leadership team, you'll be responsible for leading production, managing people, maintaining the highest quality and food safety standards, and ensuring operational efficiency across the business.

The Role
As Production Manager, you will take overall responsibility for the smooth running of production and operational activities, ensuring products are delivered on time, to specification, and to the highest standard.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading, motivating and developing the production team
• Managing recruitment, training and performance reviews
• Planning production schedules to meet customer demand
• Driving efficiencies and continuous improvement initiatives
