Manufacturing Supervisor Required ASAP Gloucester. Immediate Start Available, Up to £30ph.
Role Details:
- Position: Manufacturing Supervisor
- Location: Gloucester, GL4
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm
- Pay Rate: £25-£30 per hour
In this role, you will be responsible for supervising day-to-day production activities, ensuring production targets are achieved, maintaining quality and health & safety standards, leading and developing teams, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across the manufacturing operation.
We're looking for candidates with:- Previous supervisory or team leader experience within a manufacturing environment
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Good understanding of manufacturing processes
- Knowledge of health & safety regulations
- Excellent problem-solving and organisational skills
- A continuous improvement mindset
