Position: CNC Machinist - Miller
Location:
Gloucester
Position: permanent
Salary: £37000 to £40000
Working hours:
Monday to Friday week 1 6:00 am to 02:00 pm and 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm week 2
Overtimes: paid at premium rate
We are looking for CNC Miller to work for engineering manufacturing business based in Gloucester. The appropriate candidate would be responsible for machining precision parts for aerospace sector.
Responsibilities of CNC setter- Following technical drawing setting and operating CNC milling machine with Fanuc controls machining aerospace components
- Machining precision parts to tight tolerances
- CNC Machinist must be able to set and operate a machine under no supervision
- Measuring, adjusting, and maintaining tight tolerances
- Previous experience working with Milling CNC machines with Fanuc or Haas controls
- Strong ability to read technical drawings and accurately measure components.
- Experience working to tight tolerances and using measurement tools.
- A proactive and positive attitude, with the willingness to receive further training.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
