What you’ll be doingWe’re looking for a motivated and strategic Marketing Manager (US Market) to join our team. In this hands-on role, your focus will be planning and executing effective marketing campaigns and supporting key events to drive pipeline growth and revenue for Class
VR.
You will work closely with the Chief Marketing Officer and collaborate cross-functionally with sales, channel partners, product teams and customer success to ensure marketing activity is aligned with business objectives.
This role is ideal for a proactive marketer who enjoys being hands-on across campaigns, events, content creation and cross-team collaboration and who is passionate about making a measurable impact in the US education market.
Key responsibilities include:
- Develop and maintain insight into the US education market to inform marketing strategy.
- Identify market trends and growth opportunities to ensure marketing efforts are effective and aligned with regional priorities.
- Plan, execute, and optimise marketing campaigns that generate leads and drive pipeline growth across multiple channels, including email, digital advertising, webinars, and in-person events.
- Analyse campaign performance and ROI to continually improve results and ensure marketing activity supports business objectives.
- Collaborate with Sales to review lead generation, discuss opportunities, and support moving prospects through the pipeline.
- Plan and execute exhibitions and events that support lead generation, pipeline development, and brand visibility in the US market (including ISTE, FETC, TCEA and other key education events)
- Work closely with channel partners to develop and implement joint marketing programmes.
- Develop and maintain customer engagement programmes in partnership with the Customer Success Team, including case studies, success stories, ambassador initiatives, newsletters, and other campaigns designed to encourage ongoing use of Class
VR. - Collaborate with our PR agency to amplify campaigns, manage media relations, and increase brand visibility.
- Work alongside the marketing team to develop and deliver effective content, including whitepapers, blogs, case studies, and other thought leadership materials.
- Represent and convey Avantis’ brand in all internal and external messaging.
- Degree in Marketing or related field.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies and best practices, ideally in B2B or education sectors.
- Proficient with CRM systems (e.g. Hubspot, Zoho) and other marketing tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience managing budgets and analysing costs.
- Experience working with or knowledge of the US education market is advantageous.
- Strong copywriting skills with on-page SEO writing experience
