Experienced CRM/Database Marketing Executive Opportunity in Automotive Industry

We are representing a prominent multi-franchise approved car and motorcycle dealer group operating across the Southwest and Southern England. Our client is seeking a highly motivated CRM/Database Marketing Executive to join their dynamic marketing team based in either Gloucester or Salisbury. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced marketing professional to contribute to and develop within a reputable organisation.

• Starting salary from £12.71 per hour, negotiable based on experience
• Full-time (37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday) or part-time hours available – please enquire

• Manage data quality, perform data cleansing, and administer the CRM system
• Prepare customer data and produce insightful reports
• Support the planning and execution of email, SMS, digital, and web campaigns
• Assist with website updates, content creation, and social media management
• Coordinate promotional activities, events, and daily marketing initiatives
• Resolve customer data queries promptly and efficiently
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to deliver engaging campaigns
• Ensure customer data is accurate, organised, and complies with data protection regulations

• Proven experience in a CRM, marketing, or data‑focused role
• Strong IT literacy, particularly with Microsoft Excel
• Attentive to detail and highly organised
• Proactive with the ability to balance creative and administrative responsibilities
• Excellent communication skills and team‑oriented attitude
• Valid UK driving licence with minimal points
• Flexibility to travel between locations as required
• Knowledge of automotive industry operations, social media, digital content, or analytics tools is desirable but not essential
