Our client is an industry leading company based in Gloucestershire. They are looking for an Assistant Manager to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.

The role:

Updating press lists across the sector  
Maintaining all events calendars  
Be the main point of contact for influencers  
Plan, organise and execute press events
Manage guest lists and VIP's
Staying in-line and tracking KPI's  
Carefully select VIP opportunities that align well with the company  
Coordinating gifting logistics  
Assist with leading the team  
Overseas outreach will be required

Experience and skills:

Strong understanding of the media and influencers
A minimum of 3 years experience  
Overseas experience would be an advantage

Experience with PR tools is a must  
Solutions-focused approach  
Strong organisational skills
