Our client is an industry leading company based in Gloucestershire. They are looking for an Assistant Manager to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.

• Updating press lists across the sector
• Maintaining all events calendars
• Be the main point of contact for influencers
• Plan, organise and execute press events
• Manage guest lists and VIP's
• Staying in-line and tracking KPI's
• Carefully select VIP opportunities that align well with the company
• Coordinating gifting logistics
• Assist with leading the team
• Overseas outreach will be required

• Strong understanding of the media and influencers
• A minimum of 3 years experience
• Overseas experience would be an advantage
• Experience with PR tools is a must
• Solutions-focused approach
• Strong organisational skills
