Together in Matson is looking for a motivated Community Worker to support youth and the community in Gloucester. This part-time role (25 hours per week) focuses on enabling individuals to develop life and social skills through engaging activities. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and organisational skills and show empathy towards community members. Additionally, leadership potential is desired, alongside relevant qualifications in youth work or community development.
The role also involves cooperation with local partners to promote inclusion and engagement.
