Gloucestershire FA is looking for an experienced consultant with a passion for grassroots and/or National League System football to support its England Football Accredited clubs. The successful applicant will work collaboratively with Gloucestershire FA and clubs to help create Thriving Community Clubs, providing guidance, support and expertise across areas including Leadership & Governance, Coaches & Volunteers, Facilities, Player Opportunities and Community.
The role will include working directly with identified clubs, conducting club development reviews, providing dedicated 1:1 support and helping clubs create personalised development plans to achieve their ambitions. Gloucestershire FA are looking for someone who can build trusted relationships with club volunteers and officers and who has demonstrable expertise in one or more areas of club development.
