This role would suit someone who enjoys the coordination side of care but is also happy to be hands-on when needed. Most of your time will be office-based, managing care packages, supporting staff and ensuring clients receive the right level of support. You will also visit clients when required to review their packages, respond to changing needs and step in to provide practical assistance where necessary.
Responsibilities:
-Develop, manage and review person-centred care plans to meet clients’ needs and aspirations.
-Work closely with the Registered Manager to maintain high-quality standards and address complaints.
-Coordinate and implement new care packages for both privately funded and local authority clients.
-Complete comprehensive risk assessments and develop tailored support plans.
-Monitor care packages and oversee daily care documentation to ensure quality and compliance.
-Provide supervision, guidance and support to care staff and delegate responsibilities to Lead Carers.
-Respond to emergencies, arrange staff cover and provide hands-on care when required.
-Build effective relationships with clients, families, staff and other healthcare professionals.
-Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and promote the highest standards of safe, person-centred care. Whilst previous healthcare experience is highly advantageous it is not essential. This is a role for someone who is confident, organised, and ready to step into a position with real responsibility and impact. Candidate Attributes:

Hours:
Monday - Friday 9 to 5pm (35 hours per week) Salary - £14.00 per hour company-issued mobile phone, ongoing support and professional development, an additional day of annual leave for your birthday, and performance bonuses for those who consistently excel.
