• Lead quality, food safety, and hygiene compliance across site
• Maintain HACCP, quality systems, and all compliance documentation
• Conduct audits, inspections, and hygiene verification activities
• Monitor product quality, analyse trends, and report on performance
• Lead QC checks, tasting panels, and non‑conformance management
• Drive continuous improvement and complaint reduction initiatives
• Support new product launches and process changes
• Oversee GMP, hygiene standards, cleaning schedules, and chemical control
• Train and coach teams to embed a strong food safety culture
• Manage and develop the QC and Hygiene teams

• Experience in quality or hygiene within food manufacturing
• Strong knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and food safety standards
• Experience conducting audits and maintaining compliance systems
• A hands‑on leader who can engage and develop teams
• Strong organisational and problem‑solving skills
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced production environment
• Good IT skills (Excel, Word, etc.) and attention to detail
