We are recruiting a Quality Manager to join our well established and expanding business. We currently have 12 retail shops selling a range of baked & confectionary products across Gloucester and Cheltenham. This is a full‑time position, Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week.
Ideal Candidate- SALSA & BRC Approval
- Understanding of Specifications & Nutritions
- Supplier Auditing
- Hygiene
- Minimum Food Safety Level 3
- Minimum HACCP Level 3
The role will require you to travel to our sister companies occasionally.
