Severn and Wye Smokery Ltd is seeking a Quality Assurance Supervisor to join our technical teams in Gloucester and Bellshill, Glasgow. You will lead the day-to-day QA function, drive improvements and ensure site-wide compliance with BRCGS, HACCP and GMP standards.
Reporting to the Technical Manager, you will develop people, strengthen quality systems and safeguard the safety, quality and reputation of our seafood products for retailers and food service partners.
