Starting salary: £40,649 (increasing after training) + excellent shift premiums!

We are a global leader in aircraft landing and braking systems, from commercial and business travel to military and defence fleets. Our expertise cover the entire life cycle of our products from end-to-end: design, manufacturing, maintenance and repair.

Your role :

You'll be at the forefront of ensuring quality and compliance for our landing gear components. From LRUs and sub-assemblies to complete Landing Gears, your expertise will guarantee that every product meets the highest standards. Working within a collaborative team, you'll manage inspections from initial documentation through to EASA sign-off-helping us deliver excellence every time.

Key responsibilities:

Inspect key products to confirm compliance with specifications and quality standards.
Act as a technical point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders.
Evaluate and resolve non-conformities using sound technical judgment.
Support production schedules while maintaining rigorous quality standards.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce repeat non-conformances.

What you'll bring

Apprenticeship or NVQ Level 3 in a relevant discipline, plus extensive inspection experience (essential)
Strong knowledge of quality systems and problem-solving techniques.
Ability to work independently and make informed decisions with confidence.
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset to coach and support others.
Adaptability and flexibility to work across multiple shift patterns, including weekends.
