Job Description Manage the full process for non-conformances, from raising and investigating issues through to implementing and closing corrective actions. Carry out internal audits, record findings and work with relevant departments to ensure any actions are followed through to completion. Work closely with Production, Engineering, Purchasing, Stores and Projects to investigate quality issues and identify effective solutions. Complete inspections and quality checks, maintain accurate records and ensure quality documentation is kept up to date.

Support root cause analysis and continuous improvement activities, identifying recurring issues and helping to promote consistent quality standards across the site. Quality Technician Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications Previous experience in a quality role within a manufacturing, engineering or similar environment. Good understanding of quality control, quality assurance, non-conformance and corrective action processes.

Experience of carrying out internal audits and investigating quality issues using a structured approach to problem solving. Strong analytical and organisational skills, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple issues effectively.
