Our client is a growing, market-leading engineering group operating across multiple sectors and is looking for a Customer Quality & Warranty Manager to take ownership of customer complaints, warranty claims and product quality.

Customer Quality & Warranty ManagerJob Description
- Manage customer complaints, product failures and warranty claims through to resolution.
- Lead root cause investigations and implement effective CAPA and corrective actions.
- Analyse warranty trends, field failures and complaints to identify recurring issues.
- Work closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, Service and Supply Chain teams to improve product reliability.
- Monitor warranty costs, quality KPIs and cost of poor quality, driving continuous improvement.
- Experience with in manufacturing or engineering.
- Background in Customer Quality, Warranty, Quality Assurance or Product Quality.
- Strong experience with root cause analysis and CAPA.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
- Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, production and customer service teams.
