Monday–Friday: 9am – 6pm Every other Saturday: 9am – 4pm Day of in Lieu Lettings Negotiator An excellent opportunity for an experienced Lettings Negotiator to join a highly regarded multi-branch independent estate agency.
This role offers a strong earning potential with £40,000 realistic OTE. It is ideal for a Lettings Negotiator looking to maximise earnings while working within a a multi branch agency with progression opportunities. As a Lettings Negotiator, you will join an established and well-respected agency with a strong presence and 9 branches, offering high-quality stock, strong training, and clear progression opportunities within a high-performing team.

The Role As a Lettings Negotiator, you will manage the full lettings process from initial enquiry through to move-in, ensuring a high level of service to both landlords and tenants.
Key responsibilities include:
Registering and qualifying applicants Arranging and conducting property viewings Negotiating offers between landlords and tenants Building and maintaining strong client relationships Generating new business opportunities Matching applicants to suitable properties Managing communication throughout the lettings process Maintaining accurate CRM records Working towards individual and team targets Delivering an excellent customer experience Requirements To be successful in this Lettings Negotiator role, you will have:
Previous experience as a Lettings Negotiator or within residential lettings Strong communication and negotiation skills A confident and professional approach A strong desire to succeed in a target-driven environment Excellent organisation and attention to detail Must drive What’s on Offer £25,000 – £40,000 basic salary (DOE) £40,000 realistic OTE Monday–Friday: 9:00am – 6pm Every other Saturday 9am - 4pm:
