Estate Agent - Sales Negotiator ​/ Lister

Please note that if you do not have the relevant experience required for the role, your application will not be considered. We are currently recruiting for a Sales Negotiator/Lister for our Estate Agency client in Brentwood. The successful candidate must have Estate Agency sales experience and ideally listing (but not essential). You must have a full UK driving licence and have the use of your own car.

Candidates must be a UK Resident and ideally live within a 30-minute commute of the area. Salary and benefits package for the role of Sales Negotiator / Lister:
Basic £14,000 - £17,000 DOE OTE £40,000 - £60,000 DOE Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm Every Saturday 9am to 3pm with a day back during the week 5 day working week Referral incentives Training and progression Busy working environment High performing office Responsibilities for the role of Sales Negotiator / Lister:
Registering and qualifying potential buyers Generating and conducting viewings Canvassing to bring on new properties Negotiating the sale of properties between vendors and buyers Preparing sales brochures Developing relationships and giving advice to buyers and vendors on a continual basis Always delivering exceptional customer service Key Skills for the role of Sales Negotiator / Lister:
Previous experience in Estate Agency Sales and ideally Listing (not essential) Excellent working attitude High level of customer service skills Ambitious with the drive to succeed The desire to work well in a team Excellent telephone manner Well presented, ambitious and self-motivated Must hold a full UK driving licence and have the use of your own car Additional Company Information:
