Position: Residential Sales Manager / Valuer
Sales Manager/Property Valuer – Tamworth/Ashby cover Salary: £30,000 – £32,000 basic D.O.E  OTE up to £50,000 plus Car Allowance: £300 per month Holiday: 25 days  bank holidays An exciting opportunity has arisen to join one of Tamworth's leading independent property firms. With multiple thriving offices and a market-leading reputation, this well-established brand is seeking a talented Sales Manager / Property Valuer to play a pivotal role in their continued success.

Key Responsibilities Manage the office and team. Conduct accurate and professional residential property valuations across Tamworth and surrounding areas Deliver expert property advice and guidance to clients throughout the sales process. Manage instructions from valuation through to listing, ensuring a seamless client experience. Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, developers, and buyers. Represent the company confidently at valuations, viewings, and local events.

Consistently meet and exceed sales and valuation targets . Maintain a strong local market presence and contribute to the company’s overall growth. Ensure full compliance with industry regulations and company procedures. Requirements Minimum 2–3 years of property valuation experience (essential). Proven success valuing and listing properties within the Tamworth area . Full, clean UK driving licence. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.

A proactive, customer-centric mindset with a genuine passion for property . Strong knowledge of the local property market , trends, and competitor landscape. Team-oriented, self-motivated, and results-driven.
