The George in Gloucestershire is seeking an Assistant Chef (or an ambitious Chef de Partie) to work alongside and support our Head Chef in delivering consistently excellent pub food. You will help with menu development, prepare and cook high-quality dishes, and maintain top hygiene standards while training junior staff and ensuring smooth service.
