A leading fitness equipment company is seeking a Retail Sales Manager to oversee its new UK showroom in Gloucester. The ideal candidate will have significant retail sales experience and a passion for strength and fitness. This full-time role includes managing the customer experience, coordinating with the team, and implementing showroom best practices. The successful candidate will also be responsible for achieving retail targets and driving customer satisfaction.
A valid UK driving license is required due to travel obligations. The salary ranges between £40,000 and £45,000 per annum, plus a company bonus scheme.
