Exciting Merchandise Assistant opportunity with a premium UK homeware brand based in Gloucester! We're supporting this fast-paced retail business in building their Procurement & Design team with a proactive assistant to drive product trading and stock optimisation.
Role Highlights- Support intake planning, purchase orders, and forecasting across suppliers, logistics, and cross-functional teams to hit sales targets.
- Deliver weekly out-of-stock reports, promotion analysis, and manage SKUs, barcodes, plus packaging standards.
- Full involvement in demand planning systems and data-driven decisions for core product ranges.
- Retail experience (homewares/interiors ideal) with strong Excel skills, data analysis, and clear communication.
- Commercially-minded team player who's enthusiastic, detail-focused, and eager to learn purchase/forecasting tools.
- Based near Gloucester - Full time office-based role
