Availability Window
We require your availability on Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday from 05:00 am to 11:00 am. We will schedule your contracted hours within these times and provide three weeks' notice of your shift schedule. We support flexibility for colleagues who can match the times closely.
Pay This role's rate of pay starts from £13.28 an hour; this increases to £14.55 for stores within the M25. Additional payments may also apply depending on location.
We offer a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours per week, with a minimum of 12 hours available if you wish to work fewer hours.

Responsibilities- Serve customers with passion and pride, giving great natural service.
- Be knowledgeable about the products and services within the store.
- Work across the store in our service, picking and replenishment areas where required.
- Apply training received so we all work safely, effectively and serve customers brilliantly.
- Make decisions that are right for customers, delivering routines that meet customers' needs at the right time.
- Participate in seasonal, community and charity events, creating a great inclusive atmosphere.
- Understand your store's performance, driving service and sales, reducing waste and shrink and delivering profit.
- Handle products with care to ensure they reach customers in the best condition.
- Live our values, make everyone feel welcome and always follow our policies.
- Accept deliveries into the store when required.
- Passionate about delivering great service, greeting customers with a smile.
- Ability to build rapport with customers, ensuring they leave with a great shopping trip.
- Take initiative and make decisions that are right for customers.
- Work well within a team and communicate openly.
- Build relationships with colleagues to create team spirit, having fun and celebrating success.
- Be on time, well presented and ready to be a brand ambassador.
- Must be over 18 to apply; individuals must have passed the school leaver’s age.
