Availability Window

  • Sunday: 10:00 – 14:00
  • Monday: 14:00 – 18:00
  • Tuesday: 10:00 – 14:00
  • Thursday: 10:00 – 14:00
  • Friday: 14:00 – 18:00
  • Saturday: 10:00 – 14:00
Pay and Hours

Our colleague rate starts from £13.28 an hour, increasing to £14.55 for stores within the M25. Additional payments may also apply depending on location. We offer a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours each week, but you can also work a minimum of 12 hours if you prefer fewer hours.

Work Flexibility

The schedule you are expected to work will be within the times listed in the availability window. We will provide you with 3 weeks’ notice of your shift schedule. We support flexibility; if your available times closely match the advertised windows, we would still love to hear from you.

Responsibilities
  • Serve shoppers and enhance their shopping experience.
  • Meet clients, learn new tasks and collaborate with a diverse team.
  • Contribute to store performance, drive service and sales, reduce waste and shrink, and deliver profit.
  • Maintain product quality, handle products with care.
  • Enter deliveries into the store when required.
  • Participate in seasonal, community and charity events to create an inclusive atmosphere.
  • Apply training safely and effectively for customer service excellence.
  • Make decisions that benefit customers and meet their needs on time.
Qualifications
  • Pass over 18 years of age.
  • Comply with required age constraints if working before 6:15 am or after 9:45 pm or in specific areas such as the warehouse, beers, wines, spirits, counters, bakery, or driving roles.
  • Ability to build rapport, communicate, and work in a team.
  • Strong initiative to make customer-centric decisions.
  • Professional presence – be on time, well-presented, and a brand ambassador.
