  Ensure high standards of customer service and engagement on the sales floor.
• Store Operations: Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Pre‑sale Preparation: Check goods for names, quantities, completeness, prices, labeling compliance; unpack and inspect appearance.
• Merchandising: Arrange and display goods according to the company's international rules, maintain presentation standards.
• Inventory Management: Manage stock levels, conduct inventory counts, ensure product availability.
• Reporting: Prepare and analyze sales reports, provide insights to improve performance.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
• Communication: Foster effective communication within the team and with other departments.

• Product knowledge – understand purposes, properties, quality, care rules, and prices of products; offer suitable substitutes and related products.
• Customer service & communication skills – assist customers, resolve conflict, maintain high service standards.
• Problem‑solving and strong analytical skills.
• Stock management – ensure sizes and styles are available at the sales floor.
• Technology proficiency – retail software and POS systems.
• Compliance awareness – safety regulations, hygiene standards, and company policies.
• Self‑leadership – ability to work independently, manage emotions and challenges efficiently.
