Retail Supervisor

Retail Supervisor – Full Time (39 hours per week, 5 days). Hourly pay: £13.61. Guaranteed minimum 39 hours per week (approximately £530 per week). Overtime may be available.

• Support the shop manager in leading the team and ensuring efficient shop operation and excellent customer service.
• Run the shop during the manager’s absence, handling customers, deliveries, and shop routines to maintain a safe, clean, and tidy environment.
• Open and close the shop, manage cash, place and track orders, and develop retail assistants.
• Control operational costs, including shrinkage, waste, and payroll.

• Trustworthy and reliable; dependable within a small team.
• Some experience as a supervisor, team leader, or manager in retail or a similar industry is desirable, but entry‑level candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Completion of a Basic DBS (England/Wales) or Disclosure Scotland check if hired.

Permanent full‑time position (39 hours per week). Flexible working across the week, including weekends. Overtime may be available.
