H&M Gloucester is looking for a Department Manager for a permanent full-time role (39 hours) based in our Gloucester store. The role requires 7 days flexibility, including weekends, to lead a Store Team and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
You will analyse sales performance, identify opportunities, set goals and plans to optimize profits and stock levels, and recruit, onboard and develop your team while promoting growth and collaboration.
