Tesco Shift Lead role centers on delivering a great in-store experience. You’ll lead the team, handle day-to-day operational queries, and build positive, inclusive relationships to help colleagues perform at their best.
You’ll work across all store areas, coach colleagues, and act as the store leader in the Manager’s absence. Availability includes Sun, Fri, and Sat 14:00–23:00, with a minimum guarantee of hours and 18+ eligibility.
