Lidl GB is opening a brand-new store in 2027 and is recruiting a Retail Shift Manager to help launch and run the store. You’ll lead the team, uphold our standards on the shop floor and keep operations ticking smoothly across a fast‑paced day.
You’ll receive a competitive hourly rate (£15.45–£15.95) with extra pay for bank holidays and night shifts, 30–40 hours per week, pro‑rated holiday entitlement of 30–35 days, a 10% in‑store discount, enhanced family leave, and pension support.
