Sales Advisor

As a Sales Advisor, you will support customers through the entire car‑buying journey. Whether arranging test drives, helping select the right finance or guiding through accessories, you will ensure every customer has a fantastic experience.

Our team engages with customers online, in‑store, on the phone or by video, nationally as well as locally. Strong communication skills and confidence using technology are essential. All we need is a full driving licence (manual and automatic) and a demonstrated ability to provide great customer service. If you have experience in retail, hospitality or any customer‑service or sales‑led field we want to hear from you.

Enjoy a competitive basic salary of £28,000, plus on‑target earnings of £34,000, with the ability to earn well above this level. No previous experience is required! We provide full training and a comprehensive onboarding program to help you succeed and maximise earnings from day one. After 6 months you can transfer to a Sales Executive role (should you wish to), taking your on‑target earnings to £45,000+ plus a company car.

Work a 40‑hour week (five 8‑hour shifts per week), with most Saturdays (our busiest sales day) and a guaranteed day off during the week. We are closed on Sundays, so you can relax each week without fail.
