Job Overview

We are exclusively recruiting for a truly inspirational travel company looking for a highly experienced Travel Manager to join their Cirencester branch. The member of this bespoke tour operator believes in a highly personalised service and uses the Travel Advisors' knowledge and personalities to understand every individual’s travel needs.

• Manage a small team of travel consultants, with plans to grow rapidly.
• Run the branch like your own business and be heavily involved in the company’s growth.
• Advise, assist and performance‑manage your team to achieve sales & service targets.
• Resolve escalated customer service issues.
• Create and tailor make bespoke holidays for your clients.
• Devising and managing in‑person / face‑to‑face promotional opportunities to increase exposure, such as pop‑up events and showcases.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers.
• Assist with the day‑to‑day operation of the business.
• Generate leads and manage them effectively through to conversion.
• Demonstrate enthusiasm and positive attitude with a commitment to contribute to the growth of the business.

• Minimum 4 years’ experience in a travel management role (luxury tailor‑made preferred but not essential).
• Be able to travel to Cirencester each day, 5 days a week.
• Excellent travel product knowledge with a good working knowledge of tour operator systems.

• Salary: £29,000 to £30,000 plus generous commission scheme.
• Days of Work:
  Full time, 5 days a week (Monday to Sunday with weekend fair rota).
