Sales Administrator

Sales Administrator - Gloucester GL2

• Up to £15 per hour
• Maternity cover contract with immediate start available for the right candidate

• Accurately enter and process customer orders in the company MRP system in line with defined procedures
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, order files, and supporting documentation
• Process customer enquiries, quotations, and prospects within the CRM system to support effective pipeline management
• Log, file, and archive campaign, project, enquiry, and order information in a timely manner
• Liaise with internal departments and external procurement and supply chain professionals from UK and international organisations
• Promote and advise customers on compatible products and services with sufficient commercial awareness to negotiate prices and help meet KPIs
• Liaise confidently with existing and new customers over the phone and email
• Produce quotes and process customer orders
• Ensure accuracy of orders and push forward with outstanding orders to ensure customer expectations are met
• Handle non-franchise purchasing and advise customers on product availability, pricing and discounts

• Positive mindset with a can-do problem solving attitude
• Previous experience in a similar role or suitable qualification
• Strong computer skills
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with numbers and use data to drive effective decision making
• Strong communication skills face to face and over the telephone
