Duties of the Car Sales Executive
  • Selling new and used cars, including add‑ons and accessories to customers
  • Presenting and explaining finance, insurance, and aftersales products to clients
  • Keeping customers informed about delivery schedules and handling any delays as a Car Sales Executive
  • Resolving customer queries promptly and collecting payments securely
  • Demonstrating car features and highlighting warranty and service arrangements
  • Introducing customers to aftersales departments and providing comprehensive support throughout the customer journey
  • Achieving and exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets as a Car Sales Executive
  • Building and maintaining strong customer relationships through excellent service
Requirements
  • Recent experience in car sales, preferably within a franchise‑approved dealership
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • A valid UK driving licence with minimal penalty points
  • Enthusiastic and proactive attitude with a genuine passion for the motor trade
  • Ability to build outstanding relationships with customers
  • Motivated, energetic, and committed to seizing all sales opportunities
  • Strong organisational skills and a professional approach
