Insurance Consultant, Insurance Sales

Private Medical Insurance Adviser – Gloucester Office.

Work in a high volume, fast‑paced, targeted environment where teamwork and continuous improvement are key. Regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority, the role requires a high standard of integrity and professionalism.

• Follow up leads from high‑quality sources such as Compare the Market and Money Supermarket.
• Provide advice to customers on health insurance products, balancing customer service with the drive to hit sales targets.
• Deliver on agreed sales targets and maximise opportunities for future business growth.
• Assess clients’ needs and quickly and effectively deliver insurance solutions in line with compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all clients receive the most appropriate advice and service.
• Build effective relationships to ensure clients receive the best value from their cover and identify additional beneficial products.
• Identify and respond to all upsell and cross‑sell opportunities.

• 2+ years of experience in a fast‑paced sales environment.
• Industry experience is not required; training will be provided on private medical insurance.
