Wallace Hind Selection LTD is seeking a proactive Business Development Manager to grow our business in the Midlands or South of the UK. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background and be adept at managing customer relationships. This role focuses on developing new business opportunities while contributing to our sales strategy.
We offer a competitive salary between £55,000 - £65,000 and benefits including bonuses, a pension contribution, and 25 days of holiday. The role is field-based with occasional visits to our head office in Lincolnshire.
