Due to continued growth, we are delighted to be working with a highly successful, award-winning estate agency as they look to welcome an experienced Mortgage Advisor into their established and ambitious team. With a strong local reputation across Gloucester and the surrounding areas, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a business that combines the backing and stability with a genuinely personal, people-focused approach.

Youll benefit from a consistent flow of quality leads and pre-qualified appointments, allowing you to focus on what you do best providing exceptional mortgage and protection advice and building lasting client relationships. Working with access to the whole of the broker market, youll support clients from initial enquiry through to completion, delivering a seamless and highly personalised service. The successful candidate will be an experienced, driven adviser who enjoys working across multiple lenders, thrives on achieving results, and is motivated by the opportunity to be recognised and rewarded for their success.

-CeMAP qualified (or equivalent CF1 & CF6)
-Proven success as a Mortgage Advisor dealing with multiple lenders
-A driven, target-focused mindset
-Strong communication and relationship-building skills
-Highly organised with a proactive approach

Hours:

-Monday to Friday, 9am 6pm  every other Saturday, 9am 4:30pm with a day off in the week in lieu

Salary & Benefits:

-Base salary of up to £35,000 per annum depending on experience  car allowance of up to £3600 per annum
-Guaranteed and realistic commission structure of up to 45% of banked income (£75k OTE  per annum)
