Head of Wholesale

HEAD OF WHOLESALE – GLOUCESTERSHIRE – HYBRID – UP TO £100,000 DOE

Our client is an industry leading brand based in Gloucestershire. They are looking for a Head of Wholesale to join their team on a full‑time, permanent basis.

• Define and execute a wholesale growth strategy aligned with the company's positioning in the market
• Consistently identify new opportunities across the globe
• Own, nurture and develop relationships with existing key accounts
• Manage seasonal order books, sales targets and wholesale P&L, providing regular forecasting and performance reporting to the senior leadership team
• Lead and mentor the Wholesale team, fostering a high performance culture
• Collaborate closely with all teams to ensure that the wholesale range is commercially optimised
• Represent the company at events and conferences, acting as a brand ambassador
• Monitor competitor activity, market trends and challenges to identify new opportunities
• Work closely with operations and logistics to ensure fulfillment, delivery windows, and service levels consistently exceed expectations

• Significant wholesale experience in a D2C environment
• Proven track record of commercial growth
• Established, standing relationships across the globe
• Demonstrated ability to manage wholesale P&L, budgets and forecasting
• Experience leading a commercial wholesale team
