Our client is a UK market leader within Leisure Management Operations.
We have an amazing opportunity to join their operation as a Contract Sales Manager to oversee Sales performance at 4 leading sites based in Bristol.
Responsibilities- Oversee and drive membership sales performance across 4 sites in Bristol, balancing volume and quality to grow high-yield memberships.
- Provide inspiring leadership in membership sales with a forward-thinking, target-driven approach.
- Collaborate with site teams to maximise utilisation of facilities and support revenue growth.
- Experience in sales management or membership sales leadership; track record of achieving targets.
- Strong leadership and communication skills; ability to motivate teams across multiple sites.
- Business-minded with a focus on high-yield memberships and customer experience.
