Promote and sell new and used vehicles, including hybrid and electric models where applicable
Upsell accessories, add-ons, finance, and insurance products to meet sales targets
Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process, from initial enquiry to vehicle handover
Keep customers informed on vehicle delivery status and resolve any issues or delays
Collect payments and explain warranty and after-sales service options
Introduce customers to the Service Department for ongoing support
Maintain high standards of professionalism, building strong customer relationships and delivering results

Requirements of the Car Sales Executive:

Live within a reasonable commute of Gloucester
Hold a valid UK driving licence with minimal points
Strong sales and customer service background, ideally within the automotive industry

Experience with new, hybrid, or electric vehicles is advantageous but not essential
Proven ability to build relationships and achieve sales targets
A genuine passion for the automotive industry and customer satisfaction
