Job Description Deal with customer enquiries by phone and email. Review building schematics and specifications to understand project requirements. Recommend suitable pump systems based on the application and customer needs. Identify opportunities to offer additional products and solutions where appropriate. Prepare quotations and any supporting documents required. Internal Sales Estimator Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications Experience dealing with customers purchasing technical products or equipment.

Good written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to build relationships with customers and colleagues. Good IT skills and comfortable using a range of computer systems. A genuine interest in technical products and solutions. Commercially aware with a good understanding of customer needs and sales opportunities.
