Salesforce & Sales Pipeline Coordinator

Bristol Hybrid, with three office days per week expected
Temporary / Fixed-Term Contract

Immediate start preferred

Adria Solutions is recruiting a Salesforce & Sales Pipeline Coordinator for an established professional services business in Bristol.

This is an urgent opportunity for someone with strong Salesforce experience who enjoys bringing structure to sales activity, improving data accuracy and keeping opportunities moving. You will work closely with the business development team to review pipelines, produce reports and ensure clear actions are followed through.

The business is open to an experienced coordinator or a more senior sales operations professional, with the scope and package reflecting your experience.

The role

Your focus will be the day-to-day coordination of Salesforce and the sales pipeline, providing clear visibility of current opportunities and helping the team maintain momentum.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Organising and conducting regular pipeline reviews with salespeople.
  • Reviewing opportunity stages, expected close dates, forecasts and next steps.
  • Identifying stalled opportunities and establishing what needs to happen to progress them.
  • Ensuring Salesforce records are accurate, complete and up to date.
  • Producing Salesforce reports to support pipeline reviews and commercial decisions.
  • Highlighting missing information, overdue actions and inconsistencies in forecasts.
  • Following up with salespeople to ensure agreed actions are completed.
  • Supporting consistent use of Salesforce and agreed sales processes.

More experienced candidates will have the opportunity to take greater ownership of reviews, challenge forecasts and strengthen accountability across the team.

About you

You will bring:

  • Substantial practical Salesforce experience within sales operations, sales support, pipeline coordination or a similar role.
  • Confidence working with opportunity records, sales stages, reports and forecasts.
  • A good understanding of how sales pipelines operate and what helps opportunities progress.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • The confidence to question incomplete updates and follow up with busy salespeople.
  • A proactive approach and the ability to become productive quickly.
  • Availability to start at short notice and attend the Bristol office regularly.

Experience in professional or financial services would be useful, although sector experience is not essential. The priority is your ability to use Salesforce confidently and support effective sales activity.
