Pump Sales Support

We are looking for a proactive and organised Pump Sales Support professional to join our Pump Sales team. You will provide essential sales and administrative support, helping manage enquiries, prepare quotations and obtain supplier pricing while delivering a responsive, reliable service and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage the main sales inbox and inboxes for individual Sales Team members.
• Log new enquiries accurately in the CRM system.
• Prepare quotations for approval.
• Obtain and chase supplier pricing and quotations.
• Prepare reports for the Sales Team and Internal Sales Manager.
• Provide holiday cover and support the wider team as required.
• Help maintain timely communication and ensure enquiries are progressed efficiently.

Knowledge and skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence engaging with internal and external contacts.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Competent IT skills, including experience using CRM systems.
• Commercial awareness and an understanding of sales processes.
• Self-motivated, tenacious and results-driven, with a willingness to learn and succeed.
• Friendly and approachable, with the ability to build positive relationships.
• A proactive can-do attitude and the ability to work effectively as part of a wider team.
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
