. This position is based in Gloucester (Head Office) with regular travel.

Base pay: £30,000‑£40,000. Additional benefits include performance bonus opportunities, company pension, health & wellbeing programme, company events, store discounts, and a Monday‑‑Friday schedule with overtime available.

• Survey, design, and specify air conditioning systems.
• Prepare accurate costings, quotations, and project documentation.
• Manage and coordinate installations from start to finish.
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard.

• Experience with in the Air Conditioning industry.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Determination to deliver quality results.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and techniques.

• NVQ Level 3 in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration (or equivalent).
