Role OverviewThe primary responsibility is to maintain and repair heating systems in clients' properties. Ensure heating and hot water systems operate efficiently and safely, completing repairs in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
Ideal candidate is a self‑motivated professional with strong technical skills, proactive attitude, and commitment to quality service.
Key Responsibilities- Carry out service and maintenance works on domestic properties across the region.
- Ensure high levels of customer care in dealing with clients and tenants to meet required quality standards.
- Communicate updates and progress of work, completing required paperwork electronically and manually.
- Adhere to all Health and Safety requirements and legislation, including Risk Assessments, Safe Systems of Work and COSHH Records, during daily work.
- Comply with stock ordering and auditing procedures so relevant parts are available to fulfil job requirements.
- Valid domestic and/or commercial gas qualifications (minimum: CCN1, CENWAT, HTR1, CKR1).
- Valid UK driving licence.
- Previous practical experience in gas maintenance within a domestic capacity.
- Solid understanding of gas safety regulations and industry standards.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Professional and friendly attitude with ability to forge strong relationships with clients and tenants.
- £42,000-£48,000 depending on experience + OTE
- Company vehicle and fuel card supplied.
