The primary responsibility is to maintain and repair heating systems in clients' properties. Ensure heating and hot water systems operate efficiently and safely, completing repairs in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction.

Ideal candidate is a self‑motivated professional with strong technical skills, proactive attitude, and commitment to quality service.

• Carry out service and maintenance works on domestic properties across the region.
• Ensure high levels of customer care in dealing with clients and tenants to meet required quality standards.
• Communicate updates and progress of work, completing required paperwork electronically and manually.
• Adhere to all Health and Safety requirements and legislation, including Risk Assessments, Safe Systems of Work and COSHH Records, during daily work.
• Comply with stock ordering and auditing procedures so relevant parts are available to fulfil job requirements.

• Valid domestic and/or commercial gas qualifications (minimum: CCN1, CENWAT, HTR1, CKR1).
• Valid UK driving licence.
• Previous practical experience in gas maintenance within a domestic capacity.
• Solid understanding of gas safety regulations and industry standards.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Professional and friendly attitude with ability to forge strong relationships with clients and tenants.

• £42,000-£48,000 depending on experience + OTE
