Gas Engineer Service

Overview

Platform Property Care is looking for an experienced Gas Engineer based in Gloucestershire to join our heating team servicing homes in Gloucester, Worcester and surrounding areas.

From completing Landlord Gas Safety records to basic repairs, you will help keep our homes up to temperature. The role is varied and no two days are the same. You will also:

• Perform gas safety checks and register Landlord Gas Safety records.
• Carry out basic repairs and maintenance.
• Work independently within customer homes and on an out‑of‑hours rota as required.

• Basic salary up to £38,956 per annum.
• OTE additional average earnings of £1,500 per annum from out‑of‑hours rota.
• 25 days holiday (+ 8 bank holidays) with the option to buy 5 additional days.

• Sound experience and ACS qualification with CCN1, CKR1, HTR1, CEN1 (or CENWAT), and CPA

• NVQ Level 2 Plumbing/Heating/Ventilation is essential.
• Good communication skills and ability to work well with customers and other trades.
• Full driving licence and valid DBS check (required for working within customer homes).
• Must live within the properties area (Gloucester, Tewkesbury, Evesham, Worcester).

Permanent contract, full-time, working predominantly on contracts supplying repairs and maintenance to Rooftop Housing Group. Mobile role – a valid driving licence is essential.
